When you have completed the training, forward the completion certificates to the Department (Monica). Please set aside 4 hours to do the training. If you log out, you will have to start from the beginning. Then have Monica Baez forward your form and certificate to the CPP person who handles the certification itself.
The actual certificate may be difficult to get to after completion of the course (a link appears to what looks like pdf-reader software, but which is actually the pdf-file itself, which is not readable by most browsers and therefore appears to be an empty page, which you then have to save to your computer and then can be opened as a pdf by Acrobat...). What is easy for everyone is that, once you are done, the screen will say something like "Congratulations, you have passed the class" and you can take a screenshot of that image, and they will accept it as proof of course completion.
